Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want subscription terms to be easy to understand and cancellation to be easy to complete.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to paid FlowPrompter purchases processed directly by FlowPrompter or Stripe. Purchases made through Apple or another app store are also subject to that store’s billing and refund rules. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Canceling a subscription

Stripe subscriptions

Open FlowPrompter account settings, choose the subscription-management option, and follow the Stripe customer portal to cancel. Cancel before the renewal date shown in the portal to avoid the next charge.

Apple subscriptions

Open your Apple account or App Store subscription settings and cancel FlowPrompter there. Apple controls billing for those purchases, so FlowPrompter cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

Unless checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid access until then. Deleting the app or your FlowPrompter account does not necessarily cancel a subscription; cancel through the applicable billing provider first.

3. Free trials

If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the trial length, post-trial price, and billing interval are shown before checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. Trial eligibility may be limited to new or otherwise eligible customers.

4. Refund eligibility

  • First paid charge: We will provide a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days after your first FlowPrompter subscription charge or one-time paid purchase. This first-purchase refund is limited to one per customer.
  • Renewal charge: We will provide a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days after a renewal and you have not used paid features after that renewal.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charge: If we confirm that you were charged more than once for the same purchase or charged an incorrect amount, we will correct or refund the error.
  • Serious technical failure: If a material paid feature was unavailable because of a FlowPrompter issue and support cannot reasonably resolve it, we may provide a full or prorated refund as appropriate.

We may deny a refund request involving fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, or a material violation of our Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Charges that are normally non-refundable

Unless required by law or expressly stated above, we do not refund:

  • unused time remaining after the applicable refund window;
  • partial billing periods after a subscription is canceled;
  • failure to cancel before a renewal date when the 7-day renewal window has passed;
  • price differences caused by currency conversion, taxes, promotions, or later offers; or
  • accounts suspended or terminated for material abuse or violation of our Terms.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your FlowPrompter account. Include the charge date, amount, purchase platform, and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number or other sensitive payment credentials.

For Apple purchases, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple makes the final refund decision for App Store transactions.

7. Refund timing

Approved Stripe refunds are returned to the original payment method. We generally submit them promptly, but your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days or longer to post the credit. Apple controls the timing of App Store refunds.

8. Charge questions and disputes

If you do not recognize a FlowPrompter charge or believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate and, where appropriate, cancel future billing or issue a refund. Contacting us does not waive any rights you have with your payment provider or under law.

9. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation, cooling-off, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your country or region. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that law controls.
