Start with free voice tracking
The standard free allowance is 3 full voice sessions, then 3 minutes per day. Guest and signed-in usage are tracked separately; signing in does not create an unlimited daily allowance. Your app shows the allowance for your account. Plus includes unlimited voice tracking.
Recording and your plan
Desktop recording saves an MP4 to your computer. Free accounts can record; check the app for your account’s duration and take allowance before you start. Plus includes recording without a membership usage quota. Individual recordings have a two-hour safety limit.
Record on macOS 13 or later, or Windows 10 version 2004 or later (64-bit). Choose your screen, camera, or both, and grant the permissions for the audio sources you use. Save the MP4 locally in Movies/FlowPrompter on Mac or Videos/FlowPrompter on Windows, or choose another folder.
